Shipping & Returns

We currently only ship to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Solvenia, Spain and Sweden. 

All purchases made via golfstore.lu or at The Golf Store, can be returned or exchanged (with some exceptions) within a 15-day period. To be returned, the product must be in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice) is required.

Exceptions are:

- Gift vouchers cannot be returned (including vouchers for simulators).

- Product sold during sales period can be exchanged but not returned.

- Custom orders can not be returned.

- Shipping fees for returned products are paid by the customer.

- All shipping fees for exchanged products are paid by the customer.
