Through McLaren’s Metal Injection Molding – an advanced process that allows proprietary metal blends to be precisely formed – it becomes a comprehensive design with precise internal weighting, strong structural geometry and advanced material composition.

McLaren Structural Mesh

The honeycomb design, also utilized in McLaren supercars, maintains rigidity and face strength while removing mass from non-critical areas.

That saved weight is redistributed to fine-tune CG placement and increase perimeter stability as well as MOI, delivering added forgiveness while preserving a compact, Tour-trusted profile.

Progressive Calibration System

Through Metal Injection Molding and an internal tungsten weighting system, CG is precisely controlled along the vertical and horizontal axes. Allowing each clubhead to be uniquely calibrated based on loft, mass and performance objectives.
