Jacob Bridgeman produced one of the standout performances of the 2026 PGA TOUR season at the inaugural Biltmore Championship Asheville, overcoming a five-shot deficit with a spectacular final-round 61. Playing at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, the South Carolina native finished at 26-under par to claim a two-shot victory and his second PGA TOUR title of the season.
Bridgeman's performance was built around an impressive mix of scoring and clutch putting. His final round included eight birdies and an eagle, while crucial par saves on the 11th and 12th holes kept his momentum going before three consecutive birdies helped him pull away. The victory also continued an exceptional 2026 campaign that had already seen him win The Genesis Invitational at Riviera earlier in the year.
